Premier’s Sustainability Awards winner cleans up at Stokehouse

In a perfect way to celebrate summer at St Kilda beach, the Minister for Energy, Environment and Climate Change, Lily D’Ambrosio, visited the iconic Stokehouse restaurant to see firsthand how its eWater Systems cleaning systems work.

eWater Systems won the Premier’s Recognition Award at last year’s Premier’s Sustainability Awards for its unique ‘water splitting’ technology that cleans without chemicals. The Stokehouse is the first 5 Star Green Star restaurant in Australia and has installed a fully Reticulated eWater System to complete its package of green technologies.

Entries open soon for the 2018 Premier’s Sustainability Awards.
